HIIT IN 30 (In Studio)
Service Description
HIIT involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low intensity recovery periods. Interestingly, it is perhaps the most time-efficient way to exercise. Typically, a HIIT workout will be 10–30 minutes in duration. Despite how short the workout is, it can produce health benefits similar to twice as much moderate-intensity exercise. The intervals are about 20 - 45 secs long and the brakes are about 10 to 20 secs max. Normally a round lasts about 4-5 minutes with a 1 minute break in-between.

Injury Liability Waiver This agreement is between 2ONE LIFE/NICHOLE ELMORE (Certified Group Fitness Instructor & ZUMBA® Instructor), additional Certified Group Fitness Instructors & ZUMBA® Instructors, and the undersigned participant. 1. I acknowledge the potential physical exertion and inherent risks involved in personal training and/or group fitness classes. 2. I confirm that I am physically fit and have consulted a physician regarding my participation. 3. I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages incurred during participation. 4. I waive any claims against the authorized instructors for injuries or damages sustained. 5. This Release, Waiver, Discharge, and Covenant Not to Sue is legally binding and covers all injuries, including death, resulting from participation. 6. I acknowledge the broad and inclusive nature of this waiver. 7. I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms stated above.
